We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

30-Day Return Window

Starting from the date of delivery, you have 30 days to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Starting a Return

To begin a return, please contact us through our contact page and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. If your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your parcel.

Returns received without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Concerns

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the matter and work with you to find a fair solution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain product categories are excluded from returns. These include, in particular: custom-made or personalized goods, items damaged through improper use, items missing their original packaging, and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using your original payment method. Please note that, depending on your bank or credit card provider, the funds may take additional time to appear.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the original product first. Once the return is confirmed, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Return Shipping Costs

As a general rule, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. An exception applies when the return results from a mistake on our part — for example, a defective or incorrectly shipped item.
