Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your parcel has been dispatched, the following estimated delivery times apply:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or as part of special promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are usually collected directly by the local courier upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the matter together with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We accept no responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update the address before dispatch.
